Why Paris works for conferences
Paris is one of the few destinations that motivates people before they leave. That matters more than it sounds – attendance and energy are both higher when the destination carries weight. Practically, it works too: two and a half hours by air, departures throughout the day, and conference capacity from small boardrooms to full congress facilities. Distances inside the city are the thing to plan around, and that is what we do.
Hotels and meeting venues in Paris
Paris rewards getting the location right, because a bad address costs the group an hour a day in traffic. Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel is the practical choice for larger groups – real conference floors, and the tower outside the window does a lot of work. Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel sits nearby at a lower rate with the same convenience. Hotel Molitor is the one with character, built around a restored 1929 swimming pool in the sixteenth. We place the group where the programme is, not where the rate looks best.
Activities and dinners in Paris
A dinner cruise on the Seine covers most of the city from the water and solves the evening in one move. A guided wine and cheese tasting is the activity that consistently outperforms expectations – someone who knows the subject taking a group through it properly, not a tasting menu with a script. Bikes work better than you would think for getting between the arrondissements. Versailles takes a full day and is worth it when the trip runs longer than three nights.

About 2.5 hours by direct flight from Stockholm, with departures throughout the day.
How far is it from the airport?
About 45–60 minutes by transfer from Charles de Gaulle, longer in rush hour. Orly is closer, around 30 minutes, so the airport is worth weighing when the schedule is tight.
When is the best time for a conference in Paris?
April to October. Avoid August, when much of the city closes for the holidays and the restaurants you wanted are shut.
