What's included in a Way trip?

Which destinations do you work with in Italy?
Rome and Milan for a working conference in the city. Sicily, Sardinia and Tuscany when the trip should slow down and the landscape does more of the work. But we work across all of Italy, and Lake Garda, Lake Como and Lake Iseo north of Milan are increasingly common on their own.
What does a conference trip to Italy cost?
Prices start at around SEK 12,000 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. The lake and countryside destinations often push the number up because the venues themselves cost more.
How long is the flight to Italy?
About two to three and a half hours by direct flight from Stockholm depending on the city, longer to Sicily and Sardinia outside the summer season when the route often runs via a connection.
When is the best time for a conference in Italy?
April to October for most of the country. Sicily and Sardinia stretch further into autumn, while Rome and Milan work well outside the summer too since much of the programme is indoors.
