Experience Slovenia
Slovenia is the small country most groups have never considered, and that is exactly the point. Ljubljana gives you a genuinely walkable capital with real conference capacity, and Bled gives you the Alps and a lake in the same afternoon. Nobody in the group has been, which means no expectations to manage and no comparison to lose to.

Clients who choose Way

Conference in Slovenia
When we arrange a conference in Slovenia we take responsibility for the whole thing – travel, transfers, hotels, meeting venues, dinners and activities. The country is small enough that Ljubljana and Bled sit thirty-five minutes apart, so a trip can genuinely combine both a working conference and a day by the lake without losing a day to travel between them.
FAQ
What's included in a Way trip?
We handle the whole thing: travel, accommodation, meeting venue, activities, transfers and project management, with on-site support during the trip.
Which destinations do you work with in Slovenia?
Ljubljana and Bled are the two we run, and most trips combine them – a working day in the capital, then a day out at the lake. But we work across Slovenia, and Postojna Cave and the wine regions in the east are both realistic additions when the trip runs longer.
What does a conference trip to Slovenia cost?
Prices start at around SEK 9,500 per person and depend on group size, accommodation, season and how much programme you want. Slovenia gives you noticeably more for the same budget than Austria or Italy next door.
How long is the journey to Slovenia?
There is no direct flight from Stockholm, so the journey runs via a connection – typically Frankfurt, Munich or Amsterdam – and takes around 3.5 to 4.5 hours in total.
When is the best time for a conference in Slovenia?
April to October. May, June and September are the best of it – warm enough for the lake without the heat, and Ljubljana's old town is at its liveliest.
